Welcome to Headline! This agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which we, Headline ("we", "us", or "our"), will provide last mile, door to door delivery services to you ("you" or "Customer"). By using our delivery services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. 

Delivery Services 

We will provide delivery services to you in accordance with the rates and fees listed on our website (the "Rates"). The Rates are subject to change at any time, and we will notify you of any changes prior to providing you with any delivery services. 

Packaging and Labeling 

You are responsible for packaging and labeling your packages in accordance with our packaging and labeling requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any package that does not comply with our packaging and labeling requirements. 

Delivery Timelines 

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your package within the delivery timelines listed on our website. However, we do not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe and will not be liable for any damages resulting from delays in delivery. 

Fees and Payment 

You agree to pay the Rates for our delivery services in accordance with the payment terms listed on our website. You are responsible for any additional fees or charges that may be incurred as a result of your use of our delivery services, including but not limited to fees for customs clearance, taxes, or duties. 

Liability 

We will not be liable for any damages resulting from our delivery services, including but not limited to damages resulting from lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Our liability for any damages shall be limited to the Rates paid by you for the delivery services. 

Dispute Resolution 

Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction in which we are located. 

Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. 

Entire Agreement 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Headline and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to our delivery services. 

By using our delivery services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use our delivery services.
